Etching and engraving. After a painting sketched by Charles Le Brun (1619-1690) between 1665 and 1673 but now disappeared; the sketch is kept at the Louvre (INV 29424). Plate 1/6 of The Triumphs of Alexander the Great. Published by the artist. Sold by Benoît Audran I (1661-1721) at the Palace de Luxembourg and, by the artist, a l'entrée du Faubourg St. Iâque vis a vis l'Ygret.
